TourismIdeas coordinated and produced the first Parish Plan for this Parish Council.

This included production of a questionnaire and collation of the results, consultation with a variety of interest groups, writing the Plan document, and presentation of the Plan to the Council and the local community.

The consultation ideas that were developed and used were highlighted subsequently in a regional report as very good practice, and recommended to other groups and parishes when they were undertaking Parish Plans

TourismIdeas provided support and marketing input in the development of an integrated  marketing plan.

This focused in particular on identifying key opportunity points in the booking cycle, and on the introduction of a regular e-mail campaign.

The use of editable e-mail templates meant that e-mails could be produced speedily and cost effectively for a variety of messages.
